GCRC Pre-Application

The GCRC recognizes that the application process can seem daunting to many investigators who have not used the resources that the GCRC offers.

To speed the application process and to reduce the frustration investigators experience through multiple re-submissions to correct protocol design and statistical weaknesses, the GCRC recommends that investigators take advantage of the GCRC's "Protocol Design Consultation Service".

This service presages one expected to be provided by the new CTSI. The description sketch provided by the investigator will be read by one of the GCRC's Associate Program Directors and assigned to a faculty member experienced in the use of the GCRC who will work with the investigator to streamline the application review process.

You should expect a response from the GCRC within a week of submitting your request.
