The main unit of the NYU SOM GCRC is located in Bellevue
Hospital Center, in the New Bellevue building, 8th floor,
East Wing, Room 20. The main entrance is on First Avenue
and 27th Street. Walk all the way back to the Hospital building
and take the H elevators to the 8th floor.
Turn left out of the elevators and left again to get to the
east wing.

Parking is limited, so you are encouraged to use public
transportation. The uptown M15 bus stops 1 block away from
the main entrance. The closest subway is the #6 train, which
stops at 28th Street and Park Avenue. From there it is a
short walk to First Ave.
The GCRC also has an Outpatient area in Skirball 8Z in the
main complex of the NYU Medical Center (NYUMC) at 550 First
Ave. Consult this map
of the entire NYUMC, this floor
plan of the main complex and these directions
on how to get to the NYUMC. To get to Skirball 8Z, enter
the NYUMC using the main entrance. Once in the lobby turn
right and take the elevators
to the 8th floor. The GCRC 8Z space is at the very end of
the long hallway.
Special transportation arrangements can be made with the
GCRC staff.
